US Return Policy

This page applies to customers in the United States. It describes BrideDesire's own US return policy. It is not the statutory European right of withdrawal, and it does not apply to orders placed in Europe or the United Kingdom — those orders follow our standard return policy.

7-day return window

BrideDesire offers customers in the United States a return window of 7 days from the day you, or a person appointed by you, receive the item.

How to return

You must notify BrideDesire in writing before the 7 days expire, by email to returns@bridedesire.com, stating your order number. We then send you our return instructions, and the item is returned by mail to the address we provide.

Return shipping and fees

For an ordinary return you pay the return shipping yourself, and the shipment travels at your own risk. We recommend secure packaging — preferably the original — with tracking and transport insurance. BrideDesire charges no restocking fee.

BrideDesire Try-On Security Tag

Every gown is delivered with our original “DO NOT REMOVE – Return Guarantee” tag. You may try the gown on the same way you would in a physical store. We recommend leaving the tag attached while you try it on and removing it only once you have finally decided to keep the gown.

A removed tag does not by itself automatically void your return or cause a return to be refused. We always assess the condition of the item individually.

Condition of the item

You may inspect and try the gown as you would in a physical store. Handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item may result in a reduction in value, which may be deducted from the refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Faulty or defective items

A complaint about a fault, defect or transport damage is handled separately from an ordinary return. Please write to returns@bridedesire.com as soon as you discover the issue, preferably with photos and your order number. For a justified complaint BrideDesire covers reasonable shipping costs.
