Your gown is selected in available standard sizes XS–7XL. It is not made to individual measurements. The exact delivery time is either 2–4 or 8–10 weeks and is noted on the product page.
2. Choose your size based on your measurements rather than your usual clothing size
Bridal gowns follow a different sizing system to everyday clothing. Measure your bust, waist and hips, and compare these with our measurement chart. If you are between two sizes, we always advise choosing the larger one. A gown can easily be taken in, but it is difficult to let out.
3. Expect local alterations
Almost all brides have their gown altered locally. This usually involves adjusting the length to suit your shoes. We advise setting aside part of your budget for this and booking a seamstress well in advance of your day.
4. Order well in advance
We recommend placing your order at least 4–5 months before your wedding. This allows ample time for shipping, delivery, alterations and a final fitting at your own pace. If you require a shorter timeframe, please contact us before placing your order.
5. Colour and fabric may vary slightly
Lace, pearls and hand-finished details are never completely identical between gowns. Screen settings can also affect how a colour appears. If a precise shade is essential for you, please reach out. We will gladly help describe the nuance.
6. Try the gown on virtually first
Our virtual fitting room allows you to see yourself in the gown before making your decision. This works best with product images showing the dress from the front.
7. Prices, currency and payment
You can view prices in your local currency and pay securely at checkout. No customs or import duties are charged within the EU. For delivery to Norway, the UK and the US, any applicable customs and import VAT are calculated and collected at checkout. This ensures the total price is clear before payment.
8. Returns and complaints

Checklist before you buy
- I have measured my bust, waist and hips, and selected my size using the measurement chart.
- I have my wedding date and have worked backwards, allowing for the delivery time stated on the product page as well as local alterations.
- I have viewed the dress via the virtual fitting or carefully checked all the product images.
- I have read the delivery page and the terms and conditions.
